If abstract photography is your thing then this is worth paying attention to - seems like there are more and more competitions acknowledging this genre. Lens Culture 2010 looks to have some decent prizes, relatively low entrance fee and there's still time (one of the most important factors in evaluating competitions!) Personally, I think it's time to head out and see if I can improve on the water series of my abstract photography. It's always a good idea to take images specifically for each competition and stretch yourself!
